Kitchen assistant to help and assist in all parts of a pub kitchen in Holborn London.
Must have experience in a similar position. Must have good understanding of H and S; and food hygiene training.
Candidate to have an interest in learning more and developing into a chef. This person will work closely with the head chef to prepare dishes and develop menus. Will also be responsible for the cleaning and hygiene of the kitchen. Must have good understanding of English and a passion for fresh food.
Monday to Friday only weekends off,
