We are now looking for Kitchen Assistants to join our team in our Central Production Unit.

Key Responsibilities:

Cooking and preparation including portioning, labelling and packing.
Receiving goods and deliveries
Stock control / Waste control
Using all cooking equipment correctly
Maintaining equipment to ensure they are kept in good working order.
Adhere to Health and Safety (including food hygiene) procedures and rules.
Keeping kitchen clean and tidy
Maintain goods and stock in condition in the storage area.

We’re looking for:

Hardworking and enthusiastic people
People who are passionate about food and working with fresh ingredients.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced production environment.
Ability to apply Health and Safety /Food Hygiene procedures.
Knowledge in terms of cooking and food preparation would be advantageous.
