The Role
This role will provide full operational support to Senior and Head Waiters, and Restaurant Managers, while ensuring that excellent quality and superb service is delivered to all customers.
You will be expected to display initiative, have an extremely high attention to detail, maintain a high profile during service and promote and establish a regular customer base. It is important that you are a confident and enthusiastic individual who works well as part of a team.
Each candidate will be expected to react promptly to any issues or complaints in accordance with company guidelines
