The menu is varied, diverse and most importantly delicious with amazing plant based versions of the classics from Burgers to Pizza, Pasta to Tacos plus simple desserts They will use organic ingredients whenever possible, with an emphasis on fresh high quality whole-foods and only use processed ingredients when absolutely necessary, creating flavour, texture and indulgence using herbs, spices and great skill without being over-reliant on the use of oil and salt The small restaurant will be both seated and takeout and the junior sous chef will work closely with the head chef and kitchen team working straight shifts only with no late nights as the restaurant will close around 9pmThey are looking for a junior sous chef with an interest in healthy eating who wants a good work life balance and to be part of a rapidly growing business with plans to open more sites They are looking for a junior sous chef with work stability that can prove to be a head chef in the future!
