We are looking for a passionate Junior Sous Chef who can confidently deliver exceptional, service to guests. At the same time, our Junior Sous Chef will have the food knowledge and skills to lead the brigade to deliver outstanding food and in turn, a superb guest experience. You will work with the Head Chef and restaurant management team to ensure consistent high standards in both service and kitchen management.
Skills Required
• Great cooking skills, confident in running sections and ability/desire to lead and inspire a kitchen.
• Professional, organised and good communicator.
• Input into du jour and Private dining menus.
• Good attitude and the ability to work alone and within a team essential.
