- As Junior Sous Chef you will have a strong foundation in a restaurant or hotel environment.
- The ideal Junior Sous Chef will have some exposure to fine dining, be it in Michelin* restaurants or 5* hotels.
- Be creative, innovative and willing to go the extra mile !
- Show drive and passion for producing good quality food.
- Pastry skills or knowledge would be a bonus
