SCDP will be considered Our client is a leading group of award winning hotels and they are now recruiting for a junior sous chef to work in one of their 4* boutique properties with over 35 bedrooms This hotel focuses on the restaurant, bar and room service with no functions Food is seasonal European, changing with the seasons plus monthly specialsAs junior sous chef you will be working in a team of 6 chefs and you will have a background with proven work stability as a current junior sous chef or a senior CDP looking to step up in responsibility and working in fresh food quality restaurants or hotels at this level cooking European cuisine Being reliable and responsible is a must at this level along with the right work attitude to further develop your skills and knowledge.
