Operation: busy breakfast (residents); lunch and dinner (menu: contemporary brasserie favourites with a good selection from the grill)
Additional: acoustic session, DJs, bands and artists
Role Description
Medium well-maintained kitchen; brigade of 10 chefs under the guidance of the Head and Sous chef team:
Daily kitchen management support: organisation of team; daily smooth running of the kitchen; team supervision and service (expediting on the pass)
Daily fresh food preparation (new grill-casual dining menu), mise en place for busy breakfast / lunch and dinner service (350 – 450 + covers)
Ensuring delivery of unrivalled quality and service standards
Daily stock control, food ordering, daily H and S checks and records, cleaning rosters

Salary and Benefits
£23,000 pa + paid overtime
Permanent contract subject to standard 3 months probationary period: regular performance-related salary reviews + 28 standard paid annual leave + work place pension + training courses as required + staff discounts + FAM trips
