Exciting opportunity for experienced Junior Sous Chef / CDP to join our small but dynamic kitchen team. You will work under our highly skilled Head Chef, with plenty of opportunities to learn. You must have a 'can-do' attitude and be prepared to help out with all aspects of running a kitchen. Our menu is very varied with daily lunch specials, brunch and lighter lunches. You should be comfortable to make soups, quiches and healthy salads. Initial pay rate is £8.50 / hour plus daily tips. Subsidised food during shifts. 28 days paid holiday.
