WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?
A professional Junior Sous Chef to join their management team.
Someone who has worked as a Senior CDP or Junior Sous Chef in a large brigade.
A great team leader – A junior sous chef who can train and manage the junior members of the kitchen.
Previous experience working with high volume would be preferential.
All Junior Sous Chef applicants must posses a proven and stable employment history.
