We are an established busy Gastro-pub and Restaurant in Hampstead looking for talented and passionate Junior Sous Chef to join our young and outgoing team.
Applicants must have a good command of the English language,
* Experienced in all sections of the kitchen
* 2-3 years experience at Sous Chef Level
* Passion for fresh and seasonal produce
* A good knowledge and genuine interest in food
* Willingness to learn
* Determination and drive
* Preparation, organisation and a calm persona are key
We Offer Good hourly rate plus service charge
45-50 hours per week
