At the Sportsman Club we’ve a great team who are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join them.  You’ll be helping lead the kitchen team, be mentoring and training less experienced and skilled team members and also be working closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chef in product design and costings of menus in a role that really does offer excellent development.

What we look for…
You’ll have a lot of great experience in working in commercial kitchens and have a huge passion for food and meeting customer expectations.  You’ll be highly skilled in food preparation and have the ability to train, mentor and lead a kitchen team.
