Junior Sous Chef - EXCITING Michelin RESTAURANT - LONDON £32K Our client is seeking a strong Junior Sous Chef to be part of this exciting restaurant! The restaurant serves a Modern European menu working 7 shifts per week but flexibility is required You will be working in a very strong kitchen team of around 20 chefs and as such they require the junior sous chef to have stable Michelin or 3AA Rosette experience as junior sous or SCDP and capable of serving over 100 covers for dinner The Junior Sous Chef responsibilities.

Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your specialty.
Supporting the head chef to develop new dishes for the menu.
Managing food ordering and storage
Ensuring the brigade maintains the highest culinary standards.
Training the junior chefs working with you.
Demonstrating a respectful attitude and responding respectfully to the demands of the Management team.
