Junior Sous chef working a 4 day week, 3AA standards Our client is based in central London and opened to great reviews and acclaim receiving 2AA rosettes and pushing for the third The restaurant seats 65 covers up to 110 at weekends and doing very high quality food and using the best of British and French products with modern influences serving an a la Carte and tasting menusAs junior sous chef you will be the number 3 in a brigade of 13 chefs with 7-8 per service. You will work a 4 day week pro rata and be responsible for delivering the food quality and consistency required at this level. The Head chef is from a Michelin background and therefore requires a junior sous chef with a positive and reliable attitude who has stable experience cooking in 2/3AA or Michelin restaurants with current London knowledge The salary is slightly negotiable for the right applicant!
