We are looking for Japanese-speaking team players at any level to join our two critically-acclaimed restaurants in London's West End.
We have a range of openings for people on the bottom rung of the ladder to anyone looking to develop their managerial skills.
We provide the training and the opportunities; all we ask is enthusiasm about restaurants, a passion for sourcing the best possible ingredients and creating the best possible dishes and a desire to learn how we have maintained our status as a 'must-try' Japanese restaurant for more than 15 years.
