Fat Baby is a unique Japanese grill restaurant using the highest quality chicken available in the UK to produce outstanding yakitori (charcoal grilled skewers of chicken). Other dishes will combine fresh seasonal ingredients providing the perfect accompaniment. The restaurant is located close to Hackney central station at an exciting new event space by award winning Night Tales opening early July. The site will be open from Thursday to Sunday.

The senior chefs have a wealth of experience to pass onto the right candidates. We are currently looking for competent Demi Chef de Parties who are keen to learn about Japanese food preparation and cooking techniques. Full time and part time roles available. Salary is dependent on experience and candidates should have a minimum of 1 years professional kitchen experience. Applicants must have the right to legally reside and work in the UK without any restrictions or limitations.
