Looking for a competent person to work in our Estate Agency which has been in operation for 16 years. Given London traffic issues, the candidate would most likely have to live close by.
Responsibilities would include minor maintenance jobs such as assembling flat packed furniture, changing light bulbs, doing basic repair work; also in-house administrative work where the candidate would receive training to be able to produce marketing material such as adverts for magazines and videoclips and photographs for our website.
A drivers license is a definite plus.
We are looking for a long term commitment. Starting wage would be minimum wage and we are looking for someone right away. Ideally given the lifting of flat packs etc. The position is probably more suited to a male.
Hours 10 h00 to 19 h00 (half an hour for lunch) but this may vary and include weekends especially during busy or holiday seasons.
