We are Skyline Events - the leading organiser of charity fundraising events in the UK and across the world.
Based in Highbury (5 Mins walk from Victoria line and Overground) we are currently seeking a talented IT support engineer/junior developer to help with the maintenance and development of our in-house systems. Your daily work will be very varied and is ideal for an IT enthusiast and/or IT support person who wants to get into development. Applications will be considered for part-time/flexible working.
The successful candidate will need all of the following to be considered for the role:

Genuine passion for IT
Genuine desire to help people (you will be supporting 20 users)
Good knowledge of Windows 7
Good knowledge of MS Office
Good knowledge of MS Access, including tables, queries, forms, reports.

The following skills are desirable but not essential.

VBA and basic coding
Asp.net
SQL Server including TSQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers and SQL Agent.
HTML
Wordpress

You do not need in-depth knowledge of networking, firewalls, security, MS Exchange and other related infrastructure as these are looked after by an IT support partner. You will however need to liaise with this partner when required.
An immediate start is available with a salary according to experience. This could be a full time role for a more junior support person, or a part-time role for somebody with more experience (somebody with more experience will work faster and therefore need less time in the role)
