We are currently looking for self employed freelance inventory clerk for conducting inspections of residential properties in the Greater London area and compiling detailed report with photos on the contents and condition at the start and end of tenancies. The work is undertaken on a flexible hours/days basis. We are open 7 days a week, you can let us know when are you available to work.
Job role includes:
- Collecting and returning keys to estate agents.
- Typing reports that contain highly accurate descriptions of all the items in the property and their condition.
- Taking photographs within the properties.
- Recording meter readings for the properties.
- Meeting tenants at properties.
We are looking for:
• Someone who is available and willing to work flexibly.
• Posses excellent written and spoken English.
• Fully IT literate and confident
• A very good eye for detail.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Good time and self management skills.
• Smartly dressed, professional appearance and demeanour
• Good communication skills, with the ability to deal with important clients and partners in a professional and clear manner.
• Prepared to travel all over London.
• Enjoy working with and meeting people.
• Own your own computer and digital camera.
Whilst this position is advertised as part time there will be opportunities for full time work throughout the year. Our inspections take an average of 2 hours – 3 hours depending on the size of the property and type of appointment.
The successful applicant will be paid monthly on a per job basis. Once fully trained, each job is paid between £40 - £70 depending on the size of the property. The number of inspections will vary.
