Freelance Inventory Clerk Vacancy

Integrity Property Services Ltd are a rapidly expanding company offering a variety of bespoke property services to property agents and private customers throughout Greater London. Due to rapid growth, we are urgently expanding our team of inventory clerks!
Suitable inventory clerks will have:
*A minimum of 12 months experience working as an inventory clerk
*Excellent communication skills
*High organisation skills with an impressive attention to detail
*Excellent time management skills
* Full clean driving license and access to a car is preferred but not essential
* Access to a tablet or similar and familiarity with using apps to create reports
The role of the inventory clerk will include:
*Visiting and inspecting residential properties.
*Preparing reports on properties prior to, during, and after tenancies in a timely fashion.
*Reporting any damage, problems or issues.
*General administration
