Interns Vacancy in London

Posted: 45 days ago
Place: Croydon, London

Interns wanted to help launch new model agency but with an added twist
We are about to launch a country wide modelling agency but one with a difference. The difference being that it will be more than an agency. The agency will be specifically targeted at the hundreds of models out there that have been cruel victims of scams and those eager to get into modelling but are terrified of being victims. And so, if you’re someone eager to be part of something new and exciting, want to work with what could potentially be a top UK agency making waves in the industry and perhaps have been a scam victim yourself or know of someone that has, this may be the golden opportunity you have been waiting for.
Location: South London
Job Title: Model Advice Executive
Hours: To suit but mainly between 10am and 7pm (Monday to Friday)
Expenses: £250 a month allowance for first 3 months whilst we assess your suitability
Commission: You can make between £100 and £300 a day in bonuses
Perks: New Company iPhone 7 +, which will be your personal office phone to make and receive calls to models
Start date: Beginning of July
Job description:
Your role will be to:
 Contact new model applicants and inform them on how the agency runs including which model board [e.g. Female main board] they have been placed on and why
 Advise them on all their options to be upgraded to a better board
 Address any questions they may have from time to time and proactively look after them by emailing and calling them when necessary.
 Be able to relate to what they have been through in the past such as being scammed or financially exploited in pursuit of their dreams. And so, if you have any experience of the bad side of the modelling industry, this may be an advantage.
Skills needed:
No experience needed, as full training and comprehensive knowledge of the industry will be given. However, you will need very good customer service skills including being professional, patience, poise, tact, friendly, chatty, confident and firm talker as you are the boss not the model, polite, quick learner in that you must know the agency and its services like the back of your hand. Remember, in modelling, whilst the model needs YOU AND THE AGENCY more than you need them, they are also very important as stakeholders and need to be spoken to in a very professional and friendly way at all times.
Other skills will be:
A people orientated person
Attention to detail
IT literate
Negotiation and sales skills meaning being able to reason
Positive attitude and be 100% reliable
So if you are looking for a career change and/or want to do something exciting, different but challenging and feel you are a good talker and communicator, we look forward to hearing from you.
