As Human Resources Officer you will provide front-line operational Human Resources support and services to the business. You will ensure that you abide by policies and procedures in accordance with employment law, the hotel’s guidelines and business plan.
Job role responsibilities:
You will support the Human Resources Business Partner in the delivery and implementation of the Human Resources Strategy Plan and ensure that these actions underpin the hotel strategy for the coming year.
• Supporting Head of Departments by providing comprehensive and consistent advice on first level employee relations issues and ensuring they are dealt with in a confidential manner
• Managing Human Resources administration such as starters and leavers process whilst ensuring all information is up to date and accurate
• Complete monthly and fortnightly paperwork to be submitted to the Payroll team
• Ensure recruitment and selection process is adhered to and that all the relevant immigration checks are carried out correctly
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with experience as a Human Resources Administrator or Assistant looking to take their next step within the career ladder. This role is also for any current Human Resources Officers who want to be inspired and developed further. You will pride yourself on your interpersonal and communication skills, have a passion for hospitality. This role has the potential for an immediate start.
