We are a warm family based in Chelsea and are looking for a highly professional, hard-working and kind full-time, live-in housekeeper/cook. We live in a six Storey house so it is necessary that you are meticulous at tidying and are very detailed oriented. We have three boys aged 4, 6 and 10 so it is necessary that you are child friendly and enjoy cooking for a family.
Details of the position are:
Days: Tuesday-Saturday
Hours: 10 hours per day between 7am- 8.30pm with a long afternoon break.
Two babysittings per week.
We travel during the summer and winter in Europe so it will be necessary that you are able to travel with us.
You will be provided with your own bedroom and bathroom/ kitchenette located on the lower ground floor of the house with your own access.
Pay open to discussion depending upon experience.
Tasks include:
Keeping the house tidy and organised.
Excellent healthy cooking skills. You should enjoy cooking and be able to follow recipes and be proactive in meal planning.
Great with laundry (stain, removal, excellent ironing, folding etc.).
Other small household tasks or errands as required.
You should have over 3 + years experience as a housekeeper and experience with children. We have a nanny every day, however you will be expected to help on the mornings to get them ready for the day and occasionally help with school pick-ups.
Excellent checkable references and DBS check required.
