This is a lovely opportunity to work with a family of four with two older teen children, aged 14 and 18.
We are looking for a live out housekeeper to work alongside Mum in the home on a full time basis. Mum and the children have medical issues and we need a quiet, calm atmosphere to be maintained in the house.
Duties include all housekeeping and cooking. You must be able to follow recipes, use specific ingredients and prepare meals from scratch due to food allergies.
We are looking for somebody kind, flexible and well organised. You must be punctual, completely reliable, in good health and able to work discretely. There will be a handover period from the current housekeeper.
Hours : Mon, Weds, Fri 11-7
Tues and Thursday 9:30-6:30
Some additional hours maybe requested on an ad hoc basis
Duties include:
-All housekeeping and cleaning to a high standard (5 bedroom, 3 Storey house)
-Cooking healthy meals from scratch
-All laundry including ironing and hand washing
- Pet duties ( 2 dogs, guinea pigs) including preparing pet food, cleaning out the guinea pig cage, routine vet visits
- Errands, including shopping, posting etc
- Providing responsible supervision of the household in Mum's absence
- Helping compile shopping lists for the weekly shop
- Following a daily plan of jobs

- Legally entitled to work in UK
- DBS
- Excellent references
- Non smoker
- Good level of spoken English and able to read English.
