One of our High-Profile Client, with a lovely residence in the centre of Soho, is looking for a bit of an all-rounder candidate who can and doesn’t mind being hands on with housekeeping, has good wardrobe management skills, provide occasional light family cooking and can also manage the house with regards to – deliveries, maintenance and repair men, organising window cleaners, sending post and couriers, etc.
You will regularly liaise with the Private and Business PA for management of any repair / maintenance work to make sure the household runs smoothly.
Our client travels often and worldwide, he is looking for someone who is naturally organized, trustworthy and can manage their own time in a proactively way to make sure a good and efficient routine is established.
There will be a 4 weeks trial for any successful candidates.
Hours: Part time. 20 hours per week or Full Time 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday
Location: Soho, London
Salary: DOE
Start Date: Flexible but potentially immediate.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Assisting with the smooth running of the household in all facets
• Maintaining the household to the owners’ satisfaction
• Overseeing the management of outside contractors
• Helping the owners with any other reasonable requests or duties
• All the general housekeeping duties, ensuring the property is keep to a high standard at all times
• Occasional cooking for the family (light, healthy)
• Shopping, running errands and regular stock checks
• Monitor internal and external repairs – liaising with contractors when required
• Liaise with the Private and business PA for management of any repair / maintenance work
• Make sure house is secured, lights are off and blinds down when the clients are not in town.
Candidates must be / have:
• Trustworthy and reliable, who works diligently and time manage
• 5* Hotel and Yachting background preferred
• Have strong English and be a good communicator
• Will keep all personal products clean, in stock and in date.
