We Are Hiring! Assistant Warehouse Manager and Customer Service Administrator - Maternity Cover.
We are looking for a Assistant Warehouse Manager and Customer Service Administrator for a full time role starting immediately for a 9 months maternity cover.
The role is reporting to the Warehouse Manager and based in West London (W6).
Key Tasks:
Sorting and prioritising orders through our eCommerce system Magento, expediting as necessary.
Picking and packing orders to high accuracy.
Processing of daily orders and post though Royal Mail and couriers. Receiving deliveries and book daily courier collections.
Manage Customer service via email and phone from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm daily.
Ensure the warehouse is fully stocked with all the items we need for a efficiently run warehouse; boxes, mailing bags, return slips, and more, by monitoring stock levels and purchase when necessary.
Inventory checks and manage inventory into Magento + communicate inventory checks with the fuller team.
Participating in stocktaking as required and monitor old stock vs Magento and website.
Loading and unloading stock/deliveries in the stockroom.
Process refunds and follow up with customers.
Manage post and sort as necessary.
Manage the rubbish and disposing of boxes/rubbish and ensure this is ready for collection every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Ensuring a tidy and organised stockroom and hover when necessary (we have a cleaner once a week.
Key skills:
Warehouse experience Essential (1 + years)
Admin and Customer Service experience experience preferable.
PC literate (you will be working mainly on a Mac)
Some lifting required
Great interpersonal skills, polite, a good listener, helpful.
Conscientious, thorough and great attention to detail.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Articulate
Good understanding of customer service, a confident, friendly manner.
Fluent English, both verbal and written
