Hotel receptionist required for a hotel in Paddington (London)
The pay rate for this role is £7.50 - £8.50 per hour depending on experience and is paid weekly. We also have commission structures within the hotel so conscientious workers get extra benefits.
Day and night shifts required. The position is full time, 6 days a week including weekends.
The job is in a nice calm friendly environment with our other hotel team members. We are looking for a friendly, polite, enthusiastic individual with good communication and organisation skills.
Main duties include:
Answering calls and emails, friendly attitude while helping guests, taking reservations and payments, processing emails and bookings, looking after the wellbeing and safety of our guests.
What we are looking for:
Apply if you have previous hotel receptionist experience.
Advanced English both verbally and written is essential.
Friendly, polite, smart and welcoming at all times.
Good conservationist and communicator.
Able to work calmly and respectfully under pressure.
Knowledge of hotel PMS’s and IT.
Flexible to work extra shifts as and when necessary.
Trustworthy and responsible.
Must be eligible to work in the UK
