We are growing Hotel Company and currently looking for dynamic and professional receptionist at our 4 star boutique hotels in Chiswick London

Main responsibilities:
• Checking guests in and out
• Deliver excellent customer service, at all times
• Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail
• Process payments
• Assisting the guests with directions, transportation or any other queries
• Make reservations
• Provide reports, as required, for housekeepers and management
• Following all Health and safety procedures
To be successful in your application for our position, you must possess the following:
• Excellent communication skills written and spoken
• At least one year experience as a hotel receptionist
• Excellent personal presentation enabling great first impressions
• Ability to Use Word, Excel and Outlook
• Punctual and reliable
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
