We are a 3 star hotel in Earls court, Central London.
We are looking for a full time receptionist; working hours include weekends and shifts will be varied from 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm and 11pm to 7am.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will therefore be required to provide good standard of customer service, to be organised and efficient as well as offering a warm and friendly welcome to our visitors.
You will need to have an impeccable telephone manner, have excellent computer skills and be experienced in dealing with enquiries and follow up to ensure resolution.
experience will be preferred but not essential, full training will be given.
Fluent English is a must as well as eligibility to work full time in the UK. Knowledge of other languages would be an advantage.
Key responsibilities:
Duties will include:
Assisting the guests with directions, transportation or any other queries.
Dealing with phone calls in an efficient and courteous manner;
Taking and processing reservations via email and online travel agents.
Answer all emails from our main Reservations hub.
Handling and processing payments
Dealing with guest’s complaints, queries and all tasks as required.
Daily arrival checks for all bookings
Check in’s
