Hotel Receptionist Job in London

Full time position, Permanent Job;

A Front desk receptionist, is required for Mowbray Court Hotel, in Earls Court Station (SW5).

This is a permanent FULL-TIME position where main daily duties will consist of the following: -
• Processing Check-in’s and Check-out’s;
• Assisting with guest queries and providing a high level of customer service;
• Processing payments;
• Processing reservations
• Answering phone calls and emails;
It is a multitasking role and other responsibility’s will be assigned by management.

Candidates must have the following qualities:
• Good verbal and written English communication.
• High level of enthusiasm, punctuality, drive and initiative.
• Good organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work well and efficiently under pressure.
• Ability to work well in a team.
