We are now recruiting for a talented Receptionist to join our enthusiastic team, so why not send us you CV.
The ideal Receptionist:
Will have previous Hotel Reception experience, able to work with our Rezlynx/Guestline PMS or similar
Are you the one, who by nature is welcoming, able to exceed guest expectations and go that extra mile?
Flexible enough to work various shifts, capable of multi-tasking and have the right attitude for this exciting and varied job at a busy front desk.
Our expectations of you as a Receptionist:
Have a good knowledge of hotel PMS systems such Opera/Guestline or similar.
Previous HOTEL Reception experience OR a recognised Hospitality/Tourism qualification so you know what Hotel Reception duties are all about.
Be pro-active and able to deal with guest problems.
Be a good team player but also capable of working independently.
Have a professional smart image, be confident and motivated.
Are fluent in spoken and written English and have a knowledge of MS applications
