The Porterhouse is a very busy Bar and Restaurant in Covent Garden. We are seeking a Head Waiter/ Waitress to take control of our service and train and lead the team to provide excellent service to our customers. You will need to be energetic, enthusiastic with at least one years experience in a similar role. You will enjoy being part of a large team and have a passion for outstanding, friendly and knowledgeable service.
