We are recruiting a full time Head Waiter Waitress and part time Waiter Waitresses at the Multi Award Winning Private Members' Club, the Phoenix Artist Club, London's theatreland club, bar and restaurant.
The Phoenix Artist Club has been 'entertaining entertainers since 1988'. Recent winner of the Time Out Award for Best Bar and Club in Covent Garden and The Strand, this multi award winning late night bar is now searching for new Waiting Staff that are theatre loving, experienced and professional.
Your role will be to:
- Assign tables in advance, and lead one/two waiters for our 120 cover restaurant. This includes private functions, pre-theatre diners and our members.
- Ensure high standards for our wide range of food and drinks for delivery to the customer.
- Ensure the venue is kept clean and to an industry standard.
- Be part of a high level of team morale, in a fun and eclectic venue.
- Be willing to assist at other levels of venue operation, including daytime operations and bar.
- Be creative and open minded!
We love hearing about new ways we can improve on the club, be it a new Gin you've seen, or a performer we should have perform.
The club operates its restaurant five days a week (Tuesday - Saturday) from 5pm with last orders at 9:30pm. The club is open seven days a weeks ’til late, and runs 800 performances a year.
Applicants will have waiting experience.
