‘A well known local, Bistro Aix is an independent restaurant that has been serving French cuisine since it was established in 2002. We are looking for an experienced head waiter with at least 1 year experience in fine dining restaurant, good knowledge of French food and wines.
Passionate, sincere and charming head waiter/Ress able to deliver an attentive level of service to all our customers.
This role is perfect for people who are enthusiastic about customer service, understanding food and wines, wish to improve and develop their skills.

You will work closely with the manager to run the service, supervising stock control and ordering. As we are a small team you will have the opportunity to learn many aspects of running an independent restaurant such as PR, marketing, creating promotions, special offers, and menu development. You will have in depth training on wines and can attend professional trade tastings.
