Requirements:
- Current/Previous experience in a Head Waiter or Supervisor role within a busy restaurant environment.
- Have a passion for higher level customer satisfaction, with a background of exceeding guests expectations.
- You must thrive in a busy restaurant atmosphere.
- Manage and support the front of house team in all areas.
