The job role of Head Waiter/Head Waitress:
SUSHISAMBA® London is now looking for an experienced Head Waiter/Head Waitress to join our New Opening team in Covent Garden.
The front of house team are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head Waiter/Head Waitress to lead a team of waiters/waitress and exemplify uncompromising hospitality, providing our guests with the finest food and beverages, accompanied by courteous and efficient service to guests throughout their dining experience.

The ideal candidate for Head Waiter/Head Waitress:

experience working as a Head Waiter/Head Waitress in a fine dinning fast-paced environment will be tested at trial/interview stage.
Excellent English language communication skills are required.
Ability to lead team by example and promote team work.
Flexible availability, working any 5 days a week between Monday - Sunday.
Being deeply respectful of diversity and individuality.
