Christopher’s Personnel is currently seeking a professional and enthusiastic Head Chef for in-house Catering Company in Central London.
The position is Monday to Friday 8-4, with a salary of £36,000 and benefits. This also can be a temp to perm arrangement.
The facility comprises of a Restaurants and Banqueting Halls.
Responsibilities:
-Driving the kitchen forward to a consistently high standard food and service
-Working closely with the Executive Chef;
-Menu planning;
-Training and developing a team of Chefs
The ideal applicant:
- Create and deliver consistently high standards of cuisine;
- Attention to detail;
- A minimum 2 years’ experience at a Head Chef level in a similar quality establishment
- Managing and inspiring the team;
- Advanced Excel knowledge.
Applicant must be able to work in the UK and have experience in UK based companies.
Checkable working references are essential.
