Head Chef - Bristol - Asian experience Required - to £30k
We are looking for a Head Chef in Bristol for a new bar offering light Asian fusion tasting menus in a modern bar setting in Central Bristol. There is an influence on Modern Asian cuisine, and so we need a Head Chef with some Asian cooking experience, Japanese, fusion Asian, Chinese, dim sum etc, however we also require strong all round kitchen management experience plus an energy to help develop this fantastic operation. The role will involve assisting with set up of a brand new kitchen, recruitment, menu planning etc and will then be responsible for all areas of the kitchen operation.
If you think that you have both the kitchen management experience and the passion and experience with Asian cuisines then you could be just the person we are looking for.
Salary is £26,000 to £30,000 depending on experience plus profit related bonus scheme.
