Attracting local celebrities and socialites this great restaurant is seeking a new head chef to oversee with the smooth running of the kitchen, daily changing menu, and team of 15 chefs.The menus are modern European, with a heavy Italian influence, using local and seasonal produce, you will have lots of freedom to come up with great dishes presented nicely in an all-day dining environment.The restaurant comprises of a Main dining room, outside garden/event space offering its clientele breakfast, lunch and dinner, this beautiful restaurant can caterer for up to 300 pax, with its outside garden and events.We need a Head Chef who:* Has experience with Italian and European cuisine* Has working in a high end, high volume Italian restaurants. Ideally in London* Is used to managing 15 or more chefs* Is creative and come up with seasonal, modern European menus on a daily basis* Is fluent in English* Can relocate to Warsaw Poland* Has worked with High-end Italian cuisineIn return:* Is a great Basic salary paid locally 150,000 - 180,000 PLN per year* Assistance with relocation (to be discussed at application on a case by case basis)* Bonus* And the chance to work in a creative environment.
