We are a very busy French food company based near Willesden Junction, where we have our production kitchens and events operation.
The kitchen provides for our many operations, Farmers Markets, Street Food Markets, Corporate Events, Functions, Festivals, Home Deliveries and Wholesale Customers.
Over the past 10 years we have built up a growing customer base and intend to continue to expand in the future.
We now require a strong and experienced Chef to take control of the kitchen operation and working closely with the MD, take the business in new directions.
The ideal candidate should have the following attributes
A classical French food background
Extensive experience in multiple operations, restaurants, hotels, banqueting, event catering
A proven track record in maintaining excellent figures, GPs and wage costs
The ability to lead a team of willing staff and be able to train for the future
A calm and efficient working style
