Forge are working with a leading London based contract caterer with a great reputation for quality food and service and investing in their people to recruit a Head Chef for a new contract win in the City.
The site caters for up to 600 daily via a breakfast, lunch and dinner offer. The staff restaurant is comprised of salad bar, deli bar, grab n go, hot counter and theatre cooking.
The Head Chef will oversee the running of the staff restaurant managing a team of 8 + 2 for the evening service, creating and developing exciting menus and driving the food operation across the board.
This is a high profile site in the City therefore expectations of quality food and service are exceptionally high.
Head Chefs should have a proven track record of success in similar sites and be able to lead and motivate a team to exceed expectations.

Salary: circa £42k
Core Hours: Monday to Frday, 7am - 4pm
