It's a busy restaurant serving everything from breakfast through to fine dining restaurant service.As the Head Chef you will oversee the general running of the kitchen and will have a massive amount of autonomy when it comes to menu creation, supplier choice and recruitment. You will need to have creative flair and create menus that celebrate the seasons of British produce. You will oversee the day to day preparation and planning of the kitchen and brigade for service, this is a role for a hands on Head Chef.The ideal candidate will from a similar venue or a quality fine dining restaurant that delivers high volume whilst maintaining high standards. Essential skills required are management skills, menu development, costings and all paper work associated with running a professional kitchen.
