Wembley Park Premier Inn are on the look our for an experienced Head Chef to join their team.
Located a stones throw away from the heart of English football- this 154 room hotel a hub for leisure guests during match days and concerts. Therefore our ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering food to exceptionally high brand standards to all of our guests. Not only that but they will thrive in a busy environment as sixty five percent of our guests join us for breakfast during their stay. Due to the volume and location of this site our Head Chef must be able to demonstrate their ability to effectively drive their team to deliver KPIs and targets. Managing labour, stock and working within budget will be second nature as well as working in collaboration with the Operations Manager to achieve guest measures.
As Head Chef, you’ll lead the way in making sure all food is prepared safely, cooked perfectly and presented irresistibly. And as shift leader, you’ll make sure the team knows all about offers, promotions and menu changes. Bringing out the best in kitchen staff through coaching, and building strong links with the front of house team, you’ll see that every customer benefits from a brilliant dining  experience. And your keen eye on the finances will keep everything sustainable.
