We are currently seeking:

Head Chef – up to £40K plus bonus

If you are:

•                Passionate with solid experience in a high volume restaurant.
•                A leader with the ability to recruit and grow a strong team.
•                Enthusiastic and reliable with good ideas for new dishes.
•                An excellent communicator that can work in busy fast paced environment.
•                Full of energy to deliver incredible and consistent service in a high quality environment.
•                A Head Chef of Sous with previous experience in Japanese cuisine.
