We are a family owned pub company and we are looking for a Head-Chef for our branch in Stoke Newington area. Our pubs are ‘upmarket locals’, offering pub classics with a twist.
The opportunity has arisen for a talented chef to join our team. You’ll be given the freedom to work alongside the Operations Manager to create a menu that matches our drinks offer; we’re big on pairing food and drinks so any experience matching beer and food is a bonus. Alongside the core menu, you’ll have the freedom to experiment with seasonal specials.

We offer a fantastic Sunday roast, so experience in preparing a roast better than the mums of the world would stand you in good stead.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years’ experience working in a busy kitchen, knowledge of costing menu ideas and will eat, breath and sleep creative cooking.
