We are looking for an exceptional head chef to join our brand new restaurant in Wandsworth. This role is for an energetic and experienced head chef who will take control of day to day kitchen operations whilst delivering food to the high standards of a branded high volume restaurant.

The perfect head chef will be:

A passionate leader with a flair for American style food.
Experienced in team and talent management.
Able to deliver dishes to exact specifications.
Health and Safety orientated and understand all HACCP and duties of a clean kitchen.
Experienced in busy restaurants at head chef level.
Adept in General Practitioner , Stock and Rota management.
