You’ll have a proven ability to deliver quality and standards, mixed with the skills and passion to lead and manage the Kitchen team.  You’ll strive to serve brilliant food for our guests on time, every time and to the very highest of standards. The site has a thriving breakfast trade driven form the 125 rooms that run at high occupancy year-round attracting a mix of business and leisure guests. You’ll be a pivotal part of the management team ensuring the successful daily running of the site with the accountability for key back of house areas. Working closely with the Kitchen Manager, you’ll be at the heart of a world class kitchen operation. As Head Chef, you’ll lead the way in making sure all food is prepared safely, cooked perfectly and presented irresistibly. And as shift leader, you’ll make sure the team knows all about offers, promotions and menu changes. Bringing out the best in kitchen staff through coaching, and building strong links with the front of house team, you’ll see that every customer benefits from a brilliant dining  experience. And your keen eye on the finances will keep everything sustainable.
An experienced chef, you have the expertise to drive an excellent kitchen operation. You’ll bring to the role an impressive dedication to maintaining quality and safety.
