FHG are working with a national contract caterer to recruit a Head Chef for a high profile site in the heart of London.

The site offers a vast staff restaurant operation with hot counters, theatre cooking, grab n go, deli and salad bars and a coffee bar for up to 1000 covers daily.

The Head Chef will be fully responsible for the day to day running of the retail kitchen overseeing a team of 8.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Menu writing
- HACCP
- Staff training and development
- Achieving financial targets
- Client Liaison

Head Chefs should have a proven track record of success in similar establishments and be very comfortable working to high volumes.

The Head Chef will report to a Group Executive Chef who will be there for support.

Core Hours: M - F, 7am - 4pm
Salary: £40k
