The London Steakhouse Company is brought to you by Marco Pierre White and James Robertson. The two steakhouses bring the capital the very best quality steaks, grilled and roast meats and fish and a range of timeless puddings, on a menu written by Marco.
Reporting to our Operations and Restaurant Managers, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Head Chef to join us and lead the team at our Chelsea and City restaurants.
Both sites are very busy, doing between 650-800 covers per week in Chelsea and 1400-1600 per week in the City. The ideal candidate will come from a high quality fresh food restaurant, fine dining or steak house experience is preferred with relevant experience as a Head Chef. You will need to have good financial acumen in order to monitor your stock, have a fantastic people focus to motivate and develop your team and most of all a passion and flair with food.
Your duties will include;

Running the kitchen, ensuring consistent and excellent food quality.
Organising and motivating a team of 7-14
Meeting General Practitioner targets whilst maintaining a quality product.
Efficient scheduling of well trained and motivated staff.
Ability to effectively use an F and B system.
Maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards.
Developing new menu ideas
Good communication skills, strong written and spoken English.
