A lovely family of 5 who mainly reside in London are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Head Chef to commence as soon as possible due to their current Head Chef leaving.  There are 2 other chef's in the principals residence.  The preferred cuisine of the family is western including Japanese, Italian and French.  The family do travel and the Chef will be expected to travel with them.  From mid May to mid June, the family will be travelling to Egypt and you will spend time with the current Head Chef to learn the families preferences.  Accommodation will be provided when travelling but in London they prefer if you have your own accommodation.  The salary is from £45,000 to £60,000 plus bonus and paid travel etc.    Ideally the current Head Chef would like to offer paid trials next week if possible in London.
The candidate - must hold full qualifications and have at least 4 years experience of working in both restaurants and the private sector.  Must hold a current EU passport.  Previous references must be available.
